What the call covers
Your date, your guest count, and whether the coast can actually give you the day you are picturing — venues, weather, and the honest constraints.
What to have ready
A rough date or season, an approximate guest number, and anything you have already booked or been quoted. Nothing needs to be decided.
What happens after
Within a day I send a short written summary: two or three venues worth seeing, the paperwork you will need, and what the next step costs you in time.
