How consent works here
This site is operated from Italy and most visitors are in the UK and the EU, so we follow the strictest rule: nothing beyond the strictly necessary loads until you say yes. Continuing to browse, scrolling, or closing the banner is not treated as consent. Every category is off by default, each can be accepted separately, and refusing is as easy as accepting.
Your choice, and the moment you made it, are stored locally in your browser for 12 months. You can change or withdraw it whenever you like.
The categories
- Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy Directive and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics. Aggregate statistics about which pages are read. Used only to improve the site; never to build a profile of you. Off unless you turn it on.
- Third-party embeds and marketing. Content hosted elsewhere — the Instagram feed and the booking calendar — which may set cookies of their own once loaded. Off unless you turn it on; the pages still work without them.

Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may break parts of the site, and clearing storage will remove the record of your choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
